About Me

Microsoft Certified Trainer | Dynamics 365, Power Platform & AI Expert

Who I Am

Hey there! I'm Ricard Plana Llaurado, MCT & Speaker. I'm passionate about everything related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and every day I try to learn something new from this ever-evolving ecosystem.

My philosophy is simple: learn a little more each day and share it with the community. I love exploring new technologies and finding creative ways to solve complex business problems in practical and efficient ways.

What I Do

Currently, I work at Algoritmia, where I mainly focus on:

Dynamics 365

Designing and implementing solutions for sales, customer service, and operations

Power Platform

Building low-code/no-code solutions that help organizations automate processes

Solution Architecture

Designing complete enterprise application ecosystems

Training

Training and mentoring teams on their learning journey

My Approach

For me, community is everything. I strongly believe in giving back what I've learned: sharing experiences, speaking at conferences, writing technical content, and above all, learning together. What really motivates me is seeing others grow and achieve their goals.

This blog is my way of sharing real experiences, tricks learned in the trenches of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, and helping you navigate this world.
